What I remember about this session is the feeling right after the session. As I recollected the session, I found myself comparing the quality of this session with the quality of the session from the night before. The quality of attention was definitely better on the 10th of June than the 11th of June.

I spent many minutes yesterday (12 June 2021) pondering about the stuff that I am not writing in this blog. There are defined sensations in my physical body as a result of one gram of kundalini energy getting freed up. These sensations are mostly experienced outside of meditation. During meditation, I am shaking with this energy loosened but yet directionless.

Gopi Krishna’s autobiographical account ‘Living with Kundalini’ has a brief mention of what the blessed energy has done to his body on occasion. And I understand why this energy is referred to as ‘life energy’ by the great Hindu Gurus such as Paramahansa Yogananda. It would be inappropriate to speak of this blessed energy as mere ‘sex energy’. Following is a quotable quote by Paramahansa Yogananda on energy. Here goes:
