#10 year difference

It's been 10 LONG YEARS since I've seen my wife, and now he's coming back to haunt my life🎶 But no like dead ass drawing fnaf fanart was NOT on my 2025 bingo card, I need to be restrained and sedated.

I was like- 11 years old when the first fnaf game came out and I used to draw fanart all the time (with bonnie being my favorite). Sadly I could only recover this drawing that I made of him back in 2015, (10 WHOLE YEARS!!) So Yea!! Old vs New Art, Old art is under the cut.

El Chalupacabra being a fictional Mexican fast food restraunt used in fictions written by my friend Foxy and others including myself. The original art was a suggested prompt by Foxy’s brother. Yesterday Foxy asted if I still had this work and upon digging it up I thought it would be fun to redo/update.

So here we go!

Tried the classic red eyes but really do prefer the black instead.  Removed the redundant wing (something I got from Charlie of Dexter’s lab) and replaced with a tail. Also opted for the hand to be 3 fingered (thumb not shown) while the fangs got a 3 and 3 option since chupacabras supposibly leave 3 punctures in their victims.  Also tried to make the chalupa look more like a chalupa vs a taco

I'm pretty pleased with the difference in quality. Also in how I don't just have white and vaguely-off-white characters nowadays. I. Used to be really bad about that. Thanks, media. :)

So far, I've finished nearly three acts (96 pages, and countless more of worldbuilding, outlines, and backstory) of this menace. It's called Heavenshine, and I doubt anyone even remembers it, given how it's been so long since I posted anything about it. XD If any of my longtime mutuals want to take a gander at the parts I have finished so far, so I can guage how interesting it is and see what needs tweaking, feel free to hit me up! ^-^

Anyway, from left to right, we have Shale Aurelia, Ben Sullivan, Breccan Docherty, Etoile Sullivan, Obsidian Liddell, and Joy Marietta. Technically Breccan's name is a spoiler, since it isn't revealed until several acts in for Reasons, but I've used his name on here before, so...whatevs I guess.

General summary is 'Siblings in a magical world lose their best friend and have to deal with the fallout, all while handling a strange and incredibly difficult foreigner who shows up out of nowhere one day. This foreigner seems to have no idea of how magic and being a functional person works, and tries very hard to not tell them anything about who he is or why he's there - presumably because he's trying to destroy the world he comes from. (This is not actually a spoiler. OR IS IT?) Meanwhile, in hopes of putting the universe back together - as it was literally torn apart at some point (This is also not actually a spoiler. MAYBE...) - various deities send a guardian angel on a quest to guide the person best suited for the job. Due to one of those deities being an unrepentant trickster, however, she gets turned around and stuck with a failed experiment wandering through what is effectively Hell. Shenanigans and trauma recoveries ensue. I promise these plotlines are interconnected.'
