Day 7&8: Overwhelmed
Day 1 and 2 at Oakville Hospital. Everything is literally complete opposite of Credit Valley. It's a lot to adjust to. A lot to remember. What I find the most strange is patients being able to wear their clothes if they're on a form, and their off unit privileges. The staff are .... Eh. Over the two days, maybe half have been receptive of me. It'll take time though. It's just different. It's not really a "team feeling" like CVH is. Literally wanted to go home and cry the first day. Second day wasn't as bad. Ahhhh. Praying I can make it through. ............................................. Saw Camille after work today. Coopers was packed because of the Raptors game (which we lost), so we went to Wild Wings. So yum. I decided to invite Kristen. She haaaad to tell me she's with Christel. Like bro, go ahead. Just know my friendship with you is never gonna be the same now. Urgh. Stupid petty drama.
