YES AND, i'd also go as far as to say that authenticity, language, and understanding oneself are already the major points of the Hydro element - at least, as far as Hydro users go.

every Hydro character we've met so far have had a couple of things in common: 1) they're associated with culture (dancing! singing! refined social engagements! poetry! writing! flower arrangements!)...and 2) their authentic selves are very different from their personas.

unlike with Cryo, where the persona is actively hiding something, Hydro users aren't exactly hiding their authentic selves? it's there in the open. it's just not what people expect from them - and that's where the understanding of their selves is so important.

the holding of a Hydro vision can be seen as a symbol for rebellion in the face of expectations that ask the user to go against who they already know they are on the inside.

so i'm sincerely hoping it's a theme that continues for all of Fontaine.
