the monthly subscription (or variants of that)
the battle injury (pretend u are a Cool Warrior who got injured)
MANstruation (doesn't really work if ur not masc, also more jokey)
the tsunami
other dysphoric period-havers feel free to add on!! (i use satan, shark week and penguin personally, i also joke abt my manstruation)
