Our rental's owner(s) are looking to sell the building. Which, I know, in itself is not an eviction notice. Some places don't sell quickly at all and we're granted no rental increase- just going to be on a month to month until it sells... But we're here because we cannot afford a single other rental in town. Not one that has enough space anyway.

I'm sure we could get by with a 2 bedroom place if we're extremely careful... But there's none I have found that'll accept our two cats as well.

I'm even more frustrated because I'm absolutely terrified to try looking into buying a house .. because there's a big risk in having two, let alone three people trying to get home loans... Especially when we've next to nothing of a down payment. We could pull together $2,000 I think. But $5,000? $20,000... Why are we renting again?! Oh, because that's an impossibly high number..

Even if we did succeed with buying a home... Also needing to be aware of the cost of maintaining it ourselves and anything that could break AND all the bills that come with it...

Oh dear...

But, at this rate... Trying that may be our only way to go.

Our father wants us to move down south- the entire country away.... But that's not a good option either because not only would there be a relocation... Tevs doesn't want to, and we would need to find work on top of housing.... It's not at all practical. It only would be if we had nothing to lose/were willing to leave absolutely everything- furniture and pets and basically everything we couldn't fit into the car or an extremely cheap moving truck- behind. And we're not.

*sigh*

I'm having a spot of difficulty myself right now. No energy to do even the simplest tasks... And now there's a need for a LOT of energy to figure this out.

I'm the only one who knows at the moment. Because I don't want to freak out the little sister at work and older sibling is sleeping.
