Because you clearly have a type of muse you like playing and they're predominantly older romantic ( not like literal romance ) types with wisdom under their belts and with the ability to verbally and physically take someone down. Plus, I know you dislike really using canons but these with the exception of Knuckleduster are "blank canvases" ; I vaguely remember your Gentle Criminal because he wasn't used much but, I do think you could definitely pull Trumpet off in particular with how you write Dagon not even from a biased standpoint.

Thought about taking up GC again, but the tumblr rp scene in general is really lacking I'm finding. Even then, the MHA rp scene isn't very welcoming in my experience. I've tried with canons and ocs and never got a bite. Might be me, but I don't see the point in putting in the effort without some kind of guaranteed interest. I took up Ardyn for that reason and look at us now.

I find it very difficult to like the MLA members and generally I don't pick up a muse unless I like them. Trumpet's very charismatic and such but I'd have to put a fair amount of his supremacist dog-whistling in and that just makes me uncomfortable.

Knuckleduster is an option. Haven't finished Vigilantes yet, haven't started either but I don't have the full picture of him. And I run into the same problems as I said with GC. I don't have proof of interest to justify trying. Without that, I'm not putting in the effort.
