as much as i would hate to see adam and/or jacques on my screen again, i have to admit that the premise could be really great for illustrating character growth (or potentially how a character could grow more). like i think with blake, she’s finally herself and is ready to,,, idk,,,, metaphysically kick adam in the teeth one last time. for ruby, seeing penny or summer might finally push her to confront her own darkness, which we got a little bit of a hint of this volume. i don’t know if they’ll take it there, but i’d be excited if that’s the direction they go! not to mention the possibility of jaune seeing pyrrha.... would love to see that bitch again tbh.
