I suppose, I'm not sure what kind of person I'd say I am.

I'm naturally cold and thus, to other people, harsh. Like, I can make jokes, help, or whatever, in ways that to me, seems perfectly fun/positive/fine/etc., but then, I realise, it's actually too harsh for other people, like this actually hurts them, or it's just not compatible. That's not to mention when I'm actually harsh (by my definition). Like jeez, I've had people burst out into tears, from what I thought was just a normal, interesting, conversation, or generic not particularly offensive insults.

So, I realise, oh, people really are fragile in ways I am not, and try to tone it down. Be extra gentle, and I don't know, it is what it is, I guess.

But, I'm also realising, in some ways, I can be genuinely gentle, it's just,,, too weird, or still too much for normal people.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, it's partly a lie and partly a genuine desire to accommodate other people. Also, just a bit of fun. I like using the >_< kaomoji, it's so cute... even if I don't actually feel things like that.
