Disappointed in this 1900 gothic church conversion in Cincinnati, OH. Judging by the black exterior, I was expecting a cool goth interior. But, I will say that it has potential and is basically a blank slate. 5bds, 6ba, 8,822sqft- room for everyone. Asking $1.4m. 5,097sqft lot- doesn't look like much outdoor space.
