upper back pain actually suuuucks so bad sucks sucks sucks i think the worst because like, when you have lower back pain, it’s like, get in the fucking line, we ALL have lower back pain, you know? everyone on earth has lower back pain all the time. & so it’s predictable, you’re probably used to it at this point, just grit your teeth & bear it. it’s fine. UPPER back pain though…? this is undocumented waters this is shit nobody talks about ever i feel like patient zero with a pinched nerve by my shoulder blade or something. not a fan not a fan AT ALL.
