MY STOMACHHHH IS FINALLY FLATTER THAN EVERRRRRRRR after convincing myself that I’ve always had this perfect body.

Mind you, I used to get made fun of in school (and online) when I was 200+ lbs, but I forced myself to stop repeating that and rewrote tf out my story!

Like I’ve always been thick and had 🍒🍑 uk so I really wanted to target my stomach and now it looks really good to me! These are just MY personal goals obviously you can look however tf u want.

THIS SHIT TOOK ME SOOOOO LONG; I’ve had body issues damn near all. my. life. What we all need to realize is that the universe is not teasing us and purposely holding our desires hostage- the Law can only work when you stop going back and forth ie: “I’m beautiful” “I look so ugly today” “I have my dream body” “why do I look so big or small today” blah blah blah. You need to STICK with wtf u say and things will unfold quickly 🫥 pls take my advice before u fuck around like me and take years. (It’s normal to have off days but you still have to decide to love and appreciate yourself fully regardless)

Now, while I was really getting serious about my journey and revising my body (“I’ve always looked this way; I never bloat” cause I would bloat SOOO BAD) I came across this video that divinely popped on my feed and it took away my bloating throughout the day just by breathing correctly!
