Give me one good reason why I shouldn't smoke a cigarette when I'm depressed and don't wanna be here anymore.

Have you ever been (no matter how) lightly reprimanded about something you said once and then decided that you might as well never speak again?

Fantasizing again about doing dr*gs even though I don't have much experience with them. And even hard dr*gs like H. Never done it, never even seen it in person. But the idea is still intriguing, despite how awful it is.... I haven't had these thoughts in years, and the last time was when I was really depressed... That should tell you where my brain's at right now. Sometimes depressive episodes sneak up on you slowly, seemingly for no reason, and that seems to be what's happening now for me....
