Weight Gain Shake
I thought I’d share with everyone my weight gain shake recipe I’ve been working on, because I think everyone should be getting fatter, and I’m happy to help. I’m fairly proud of it, its the most calorie dense shake I’ve been able to find and it still tastes great and is easy to drink. Its responsible for most of my 80lb gain in one year. I will usually gain 5lbs drinking 4 of these over a week. I can actually feel myself fatter the day after finishing one. In a 6 cup blender I combine: 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 can sweetened condensed milk ½ - 1 cup chocolate ice cream ½ cup canola oil ½ - 1 cup cake/brownie mix (I use Duncan Hines Devil’s Food Cake) 1- 1 ½ cups half and half (or however much room is left in the blender) Total: 5000-5500 calories The order matters when making the shake. I’ve been experimenting and I’ve found that putting in the thinner ingredients first makes it much smoother. If you do it in the wrong order it can become solid and the blender has a hard time. Add the heavy cream last, its high fat content makes it really good at holding air (that’s why its used for whipping), so the less it gets agitated the better. Also, if you blend it together after adding each ingredient, the easier it goes together. The more cake mix and the less milk, the thicker the shake will be. Its really easy to make it undrinkable. I use an Oster blender with a milkshake blade. I don’t know how well it works with the regular chopping blade. You can also add peanut butter or nutella if you’d like, its a huge boost in calories and fits in great with the rest of the shake. The final product should be a smooth mixture that tastes just like the cake mix you used. Or you can add some flavoring. I’ve tried adding peppermint extract and its so delicious. I’ve also tried orange extract, but it wasn’t as good as I was hoping. I’ve had some people tell me that they’ve added donuts or raw cookie dough to the shake. I haven’t tried it, but they said it was amazing. I also recommend trying out a lactase enzyme supplement, if you’re having troubles with digestion with the shake. I’m not usually lactose intolerant, but this does give me trouble sometimes. It is a ton of dairy. But I’ve had no issues since I started taking lactase with it. Feel free to give it a try and let me know what you think. I’d love to hear your suggestions and about how fat it makes you. Happy Gaining!
Anyone want to test this out and see if it works? 😉
