Extremely sad to share that today one of our @cashkaro team members Ankit Tripathi passed away. Ankit was just 28 years old, had been with us for the last two years in the Customer Relations team. In fact he was due to get married in the month of May. He was down with Covid since the last 10 days, got hospitalized recentlyβ¦ and even after showing some signs of stability last night, was suddenly no more this morning. Ankit was a top performer, he worked hard and always displayed great work ethic. He made long lasting friendships at work and was a true friend to all. Always helpful, always sincere, always there for everyone. He was an amazing son. He always cared deeply about his family and their happiness meant the world to him. You will always be missed Ankit β€ We are all heart broken and extremely sad. When I heard this morning, it took some time for the news to sink in. And then as the tears rolled down, I felt the most helpless and hopeless I have felt in a while. As entrepreneurs we make various plans, and even back up plansβ¦ didnβt ever think this day would come and even today, we would be expected to know what to do next. For now, all I know is that all of us will come together and organize a service for him tomorrow in honor of his loving memory. As a company, we will stand by his family and do our best to continue providing for them like he did. I hope and pray for all our health and safety. Please take care of yourselves, spend time with your loved ones and make sure you tell them often how much you love them.
