just as a reminder, the 'trans people's life expectancy is 35' is not applicable to the majority of trans people and is specifically about TWOC who do sex work in Brazil, i understand that it can be dangerous to be trans in many places and certainly not easy but it doesn't help anyone to co-opt a statistic about some of the most at risk minorities and apply it to everyone, because that just means they end up getting erased and overspoken
