Jimmy was a fantastic photographer, but even he wouldn't be able to get some of the shots that Peter's been presenting to the public. "Clark Kent, Daily Planet reporter. I'd love to find out more about your process. T-that is if you have time after speaking with Mr White, of course."

Clark's reassurance, even if his words may only be stating the plain truth, helped put his mind at ease. His compliments did more than that. " You're far too kind. My friends do most of the work for me, honestly. I only try and guide them in the right direction here and there. I guess thats also my problem: I feel like I'm not doing ENOUGH for them but I don't want to turn into a dictator and demand they all do as I say all the time. How do I find the balance? "

"The last person people would associate with the word dictator is Dick Grayson," Clark can't help but chuckle at the thought. "Have your team brought up any concerns when it comes to your leadership skills?" A pause. "Or perhaps things are going so well that you're looking for a catch that isn't there." It's not said in a belittling way, it comes from a place of understanding. "From my perspective, you've already found the balance that you're searching for."

"Not that I can tell. I mean the spider-bots that I've built over the years have never had any sort of surveillance ability and I've only ever put webshooters and low-energy sonic blasts in them for clearing away debris if it's in a spot I can't get to. Whoever made these seems to have similar ideas. Why? Do you have like x-ray vision or something?" he asked with a chuckle.

"Something like that." He glanced around, filtering through the normal for the unusual. Superman spots what he believes to be one of the spider bots in question clinging to the underside of a car. "I think you might have some luck 25 blocks away. You're looking for a black ford expedition. Any chance that the bot is clinging to an ominous SUV by chance?"
