“hmm. well i must be mistaken then.” rose was unable to pin point who the other was, all she was able to tell was the other was one of her kind. “i’m rosalie, rosalie hale.” the blonde proceeded to introdice herself. “i’m still fairly new to this area. what about yourself ?” she asked to the younger vampire.

“yeah i saw will the other day and the kid was like the same age as us, which is bonkers man. this place is just mad weird but hey at least there’s no vecna. i suppose that’s good.” she said, trying to find a positive out of this crazy venture they seemed to be on. “how can you not remember ? it was traumatizing and scary as shit. you don’t just forget those things.”

“well well well - if it isn’t my little traitor of a sister.” there was a bitter tone to her voice, but after the younger fairmont had chosen oliver over her, and landed her in prision, a little bit of bitterness and resentment was to be expected. “i’m sure you’re shocked to not see me behind bars. aren’t you little one ?” 

“great choice. i’ve always been a dog person myself.” the brunette responded. “i suppose indifference is not a bad answer either, i know not everyone are animal people.” she added with her own shrug. “familiar, what is that ?” she asked, not quite familiar with the term. “well i lied to you, so sorry, there really wasn’t a right answer. i honestly like both but personally prefer dogs.” she told her. “anyhow sorry about the randomness, i’m mulan.”

“well you better be happy.” lila was quick to respond to diego’s words. although they’d had some ups and down in their relationship, last she remembered they were in good, in fact great terms with each other. “bloody hell.” she said as she heard diego’s words, quite clear to her they’d been pull out of different times. “there’s a lot that’s happened in between since.” she simply told him, not really filling in the blanks quite yet.

“well -” ha-ri paused as he mention the collaborations with korean chefs. “i am korean, born and raised, so maybe this partnership is meant to be successful.” the brunette responded with a wide smile painted across her features. “i don’t think it’ll take much convincing. your company is one i respect, you seem like quite a decent man, so i’m kind of sold already.” she added with a little shrug. was she being led by his looks, no it was more than that, for some reason ha-ri felt a stronger connection that she couldn’t explain. “well then it’s a date.” she paused and chuckled. “a business one of course. sorry if that came out wrong.” she was hoping she wasn’t being too awkward but that was at times hard for the girl. 

the red head wanted to tell her ‘cause she was her cousin so bad, but she didn’t wanna scare the other off. “i - um.” she found a business card on the counter. “i just read it here.” she was quick to make up what she thought was a reasonable excuse. “no - can’t say i’ve had the pleasure.” she said with a light shake of her head. hoping what she said would be a good enough lie.

“eddie ?!? shit man, it’s so good to see you.” last she seen of him had been under rather not so pleasant circunstances, so seeing him here in one piece was a relief. “more of a hell of a nightmare if you ask me. but if it was only that - we wouldn’t be talking about it now.” the brunette knew it had all been real, as real as their current situation was. “yeah pretty much.” she said in response to his words. “it was all mad weird. one day i’m with you and the kids at your trailer, then the next poof i wake up in this new city, alone and confused.” she sighed, still unable to fully process things. “it doesn’t make sense. but i guess nothing really does.”

“i’m glad i found you as well, alice. it gives me some ease to know i’m not alone here.” the blonde said with a smile as she looked at her sister. “do you know anything of this place ? have you maybe seen it before ?” the vampire said referring to the other’s ability.

“you ?” lila was not amused in the slightest to see one of the hargreeves siblings. truth be told the brunette was still unsure about how to feel about them after everything that had happened. could she call them allies now or were they still the enemy ? a question not even she could answer. “what the bloody hell are you doing in this place ?” she then asked.

“i meant at the park - but okay.” rosalie said, unable to hold back a soft chuckle. “i mean if you want to tell me your story i’m all ears, i suppose.” the blonde added, a shrug following her words. “i’m rosalie by the way.” she proceeded to tell the other her name. trying her best to remail as amicable as possible to blend in.

“do you ever wake up just feeling exhausted ?” the brunette asked the other. “because that’s where i’m at today.” she said with a shrug of her shoulders. “i feel like not even a while gallon of expresso will help me get through this day.”

“hey can i ask for your qick opinion on something ?” the woman asked. “i have to work a gala for work next week and i can’t decide on what dress to wear. if i show you my option could you try to help ?” she brunette asked him.
