Baked Chocolate Cheesecake decorated with Strawberries and Pomegranate seeds.

Light, chocolate meringue with a crisp outer and chewy centre, with chocolate cream topped with Strawberry slices and Blueberry for a star-shaped decoration, finished with a strawberry coulis decoration

Baked Mango flavoured Crème brûlée served with raspberry whipped cream

A solid white chocolate shell filled with white chocolate mousse and mango coulis filling

Gluten Free chocolate sponge with quark marble effect and raspberries baked in. All served with home-made ice-cream  and raspberries for a tasty, healthy dessert.

Gluten Free Chocolate sponge with low fat cream cheese baked filling and raspberry topping, served with homemade vanilla icecream, chocolate decoration and raspberry coulis.

Rich Chocolate sponge with a hidden pink vanilla heart inside each cupcake. All topped with light chocolate butter cream. 

3 shades of pink vanilla sponge layered with vanilla butter cream, all coated in pink vanilla butter icing topped with pink sparkles.

Two layers of low fat sponge (suitable for coeliacs) sandwiched with a layer of blackberry jam and topped with summer fruits.

Neapolitan Cake with two-tone icing. Strawberry, chocolate and Vanilla sponges layered under a vanilla-flavoured butter icing with pink and cream swirls.
