Suzan Haddock

Hello everyone!

I'm Suzan Haddock. My main area of expertise is digital art, which I plan to focus on in this blog. I draw everything from cartoon ponies to detailed dragons. In general, my creativity is somewhat chaotic - one day I will draw cute animals in pastel colors, and on the other I may be drawn to a more creepy dark theme (Although, no matter how much I tried, even attempts at creepy art come out to some extent cute-…)

I am also a fan of the game Minecraft and co-administer with a couple of friends my own private server, sketches on which are often found in my works. And so, in addition to the art, I plan to show and tell about various events and lore on the server from time to time, or just in my single-player game with various mods. By the way, the splash screen on my profile is a screenshot from one of the events that I organized with a couple of friends! The character with wings in the center is my OC, for whom I created a new AU image to introduce her into the plot of our server.

I would also like to note that, unfortunately, my English skills are not very good. While I generally understand the content of the text I am reading, I find it challenging to translate my own words accurately. As a result, I often rely on Google Translate (which, in my experience, may not always provide accurate translations) to assist me in translating large and complex texts. And yet, I hope that in time, I will be able to learn the language better by maintaining this page, and be able to write such "walls of text" completely on my own, ha-ha^^

For the first time, I drew with colored pencils directly, without a sketch, using a regular pencil.

This is my first big collaboration, which I organized myself. I've been wanting to create a fashion meme for a long time, and when I became an admin on a Minecraft server, I suggested that the server's members collaborate. ◦•≫ Video on YouTube ≪•◦ However, to make it more interesting, we didn't just draw our characters. Instead, each member created a moodboard. I randomly distributed these moodboards to everyone, and we had to draw a completely new look for our characters based on the vibes of the received moodboard.

(Too many "Moodboard" words, help) We have a lot of artists on our server, and I think this idea was a great success. Everyone did a great job and came up with great new looks for their characters! My works for the collaboration:
