everything is so much quieter at night and I love it

But sometimes it gets too quiet and my head gets too loud

Chronic pain patients hide it so well, you can’t go by how they look on the outside. They have to learn how to function with the pain, you can’t just roll around on the floor all day screaming in agony. Medical personnel in hospitals don’t even realize this. A chronic pain patient can function with a pain level that would incapacitate any other person.

What are you supposed to do when you’re scared of the world but your own head isn’t safe either?

the other day my therapist said, real quote, "giving a middle finger to patriarchy is giving a thumbs up to yourself" and i have not stopped thinking about it

You have to force yourself to get up early, you have to take care of your responsibilities, you have to be honest with yourself, and you have to evaluate your priorities. Nobody is going to do it for you. These are your goals and your dreams. Everything you want starts and ends with you.

I know it since a long time ago, but still dk how to do it. God pls help me
