Changed my username
Hey all 👋
It's a miracle I kept WangCairen for as long as I did, since I've always been an incorrigible username changer. It was just a silly in-joke with my husband, anyway.
I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea about me, so please note, I am just some random white American woman of rural Texas extraction. If you met me, you might struggle with my accent unless I was actively turning it off like I do in professional settings. I am married to a man from China who got me into Cdramas after we got married (he got back into watching them himself and looped me in, and now I watch more than he does). I don't speak very good Chinese, though I'm learning more every day. I'm not an expert on the culture whatsoever, though I try to learn a lot so I can connect with the culture of my family members. I'm just having fun.
