i was in an abusive relationship for a year when i was 16-17. everything my partner at the time did felt like they were forcing me one way but telling me to go the other, and that is the feeling this is an analogy of. to this day i’m dealing with the repercussions of what i went through and i’m still having trouble remembering things that happened to me. i relate a lot to j in the way she deals with the events after the gala so this is sort of a vent art??? (and also she’s just my muse for everything nowadays lolol)
