so i’ll just go in order of the members you have given me 

taeyong(infj): 

so i have typed taeyong as an infj. i personally think taeyong is a very textbook infj and mentioned in my other nct types post that people type him as an isfj, which i find interesting that he would be typed as a sensor because he is very intuitive. 

taeyong’s dominant ni really shows in being the leader of nct and the “parent of nct” he has a very caring and knowing nature that really shows in his relationships with his members.

taeyong’s fe and ti are the most prominent in his performance. he very much has an on stage persona that is very beautiful and has an elegance to it. as well as his need for perfection and the hard work that he puts into choreo, lyrics and working with music composers for their songs.

his inferior se really showed when taeyong talked about the things he regret in the “about nct127″ video. he talks about how he is always in his head and his regrets and things he feels guilty about are always hanging over him. this is a very prominent factor of infjs even though it is an inferior function. they are a very insecure type and use some sort of outer exterior in the form of things like humor, kindness or seclusion to hide from, forget or avoid this feeling.

doyoung(istp):

i typed doyoung as an istp, while i have seen that a majority have typed him as an extravert.

the best way to see his functions is in his music. starting with ti, doyoung often becomes very interesting in one specific song and then a while after will release a cover of it and i think this is because he is very focused on his vocal performance and is using this songs as a mechanic to improve his skills singing. when singing he is also always taking it very seriously.

his se and ni shows in how doyoung when he is performing and putting out his best efforts he can see himself as a virtual bad ass. and also that he prefers to be called “prince” by nctzens.

lastly his fe can be seen when doyoung is dry and even sarcastic towards his members and also in his short temper. all in all his fe is out cuz he is (kind of) a salty bitch oops.

ten(esfj):

if predebut ten can’t convince you he is an extravert i don’t know what will

ten’s fe, again, really shows in his predebut. overall it is very obvious that he is an extraverted person who loves to express himself in a very sultry way, whether he is talking, dancing or whatever else.

si is where ten’s quirks and “interesting facts” come from, like his hatred for fruit and that he is trilingual 

ne is his sense of humor. “john’s banana” and soft and sticky like baby don’t stop” as well as ten making jokes about his hair in seventh sense which make everyone around him laugh are some of the best moments to see his ne.

and ti, best seen in ten’s dedication to his choreography. it is very intricate and precise and with it he is able to command a room, but outside of that he probably forgets thinking all together.

winwin(intj):

ni and te come from winwin’s expertise in traditional chinese dance and martial arts. these are very dedicated practices that require a lot of time and effort to learn and be good at. 

fi, WHERE will there ever be a better example then yuta and taeil trying to be all of winwin and he is having NONE of it.

winwin’s se shows when he struggles with cooking and has taeyong help him and when he plays that weird dog tooth game and gets frustrated because he always looses. 

renjun(intj):

renjun is also an intj like winwin, and although they’re personalities show through differently i think it also has an impact on why they are such close friends.

ni, renjun has a leader aspect to him. he gives the most over all care to the rest of the dream members. and this leader/parent side of him showed even more after mark was no longer a member of dream.

te shows when renjun starts playful trouble using humor or fighting with the other members. 

noremin is all i can say about renjun’s fi.

renjun’s se function is similar to winwin’s and shows when he looses at the games he plays with other dreamies. also his reaction to balloons lol. 

jeno(infp):

jeno is very high fi. having dominant fi makes him very sure of what he wants and doesn’t want. the gif above is a perfect example along with jeno always bother jaemin to make food for him. jeno’s personality really comes out in his relationship with jaemin.

ne, the best way i can put it is that jeno is a space cadet. he is very spacey because he daydreams and his cute “huh” sounds are him coming out of those moments.

his si comes from the constant reminders and memories from jeno’s time as a child model/actor.

lastly his inferior te is the fact that jeno adopted three cats even though he is allergic to them.
