Dishonored: Comics: Review/Thoughts

The Wyrmwood Deceit - Volume 1:

One of the best comics series I've read in a long time! This volume was made very well! Full of cool action, intrigue, lore and a great plot. Amazing! Would love to read more!

The Peeress and the Price - Volume 1:

I enjoyed the dark brutality of what happens in the city of Dunwall, and the art aesthetic matched it's grim tone well. I also liked the concept of the new characters and the tiny bits of new fascinating lore they bring, but I wish they would have been fleshed out more. The plotline was intriguing, though I also wish we saw the aftermath unravel better than the quick wrap up ending. It would be cool if this had more follow up issues.

Overall, it was interesting for the short little adventure that it was.

I Support Sony

Sony getting blamed when it's literally Disney's fault. Disney suddenly ask for 50% and when Sony asks to negotiate Disney walks and it's somehow Sony's fault? That's crazy.

Disney literally owns nearly everything as it is, both in Spider-Man merchandising and also in all the properties and companies lately, (like Star Wars and Pixar). They have a huge film monopoly. They don't need such a huge price hike. It's insane and just greedy.

Also don't give the whole, Spider-Man wouldn't be Spider-Man without Disney bull. Disney's Spider-Man is a male Ironheart/Spider-Man hybrid. Not to mention, Sony can do "real Spider-Man". Just look as PS4 Spider-Man, Spider-verse and Spider-Man 2.
