Whatever happens in this next episode, whatever happens in regards to Kara/Lena and their future and the possibility of reconciliation let alone any future romantic potential… 

You’ll always have the FACT that the show’s big, epic 100th celebration episode was about KARA AND LENA’S LOVE (whether you view that love as strictly platonic or otherwise). 

Even IF Kara ultimately decides to walk away because she thinks she’ll only ever bring Lena pain.

Even IF Lena witnesses the whole thing and still decides to stay on this path.

Without looking utterly ridiculous in the process, no one can EVER diminish Lena’s importance to Kara. No one can EVER claim it’s not a hugely defining relationship in Kara’s life. No one can EVER claim they’re not one of the central stories of the show. And no one can EVER deny how much they loved, and/or likely always will love each other.
