 Patient removed his fingernails and proceeded to use the blood as a writing utensil to write on the walls. Patient was subdued; Exterminator #46 (Clearance Level 5) chose to leave text.

Patient screamed entirely throughout the night. The screaming was almost entirely incoherent except for the names of known rebels “Jet Star” (status: detained), “Kobra Kid” (status: escaped), and “Fun Ghoul” (status: escaped). Patient was subdued. Audio files can be found under incident number.
