“so um, ray and I actually didn’t plan this - we’re both wearing this shirt - it’s also not to sell t-shirts but back in the day we would wear our own shirts like when we were really small and we’d get a lot of shit for it. frank reminded me of this story where we were at the grog shop or something. some guy was making fun of me and he tried to fight him. we used to do it cause we went and uh - ray, mikey and I went and saw iron maiden, um, one of our favorite bands. one of the coolest parts of iron maiden - at least to us - we’d look at them and we’d say ‘those fucking guys are wearing their own shirts. they’re their own favorite band. so I guess we’re our own favorite band. this used to be uh a picture of james dean but we didn’t wanna get sued so now it’s mikey way. handsome mikey way.” (x)
