I think about how like they hint at the end of the Penguin that Oz is gonna become mayor of Gotham like in Batman Returns. And I personally think if that happens, they have this legendary opportunity. You have Bruce try to expose Oz the exact same way that he does in Batman Returns, by like playing a clip of Oz openly mocking his constituents for voting for him.
