Meet Golden Snap, the ONLY one of Gold Ship's 597 kids that seems to have not inherited Gold Ship's or his dad Stay Gold's insanity. She's got a 4 win/15 start record and has podium'd in another 6 races.

here is actually golden snap! she is a grey/bay 5 year old mare with cute socks and a bald she seems to be growing into :)

theres not much i can actually access online regarding her temperament thats in english, prolly bcuz shes pretty young, so i cant say if shes one of gold ships well behaved daughters. i can say shes a verryyy talented race horse, as the race career you mentioned is actually hers, but yeah.

honestly, looking at pictures of her on netkeiba she might have a bit of a temper lol. at least theres no rearing, that shits scary.

shes also among the younger crop of horses gold ship has sired! obviously, hes still producing TONS of babies, but most of those horses havent started racing careers yet. golden snap is one of the younger of his racing foals bcuz of this!

on the other hand, heres another picture of uberleben! shes a 7 year old dark bay mare with one tiny little sock and a very cute faint star :)

shes said to be a gentle and sweet lady from what ive seen! with people, and with horses! she was also a very talented lady, though comparatively less so than golden snap; as she has fewer top 3 placements, and more 3rd places.

what makes her special, other than being a japanese race horse with a wikipedia page, is that shes among the older foals gold ship sired :) as shes from 2018!

funnily enough, one of uberlebens 'rivals', the much more famous [and successful] sodashi, also had her little filly sired my equinox!

although sodashi and uberleben cant really be called true rivals, as uberlebens career was much less decorated and pretty brief iirc? dont get me wrong, she was still a good race horse, but she wasnt a legendary one. sodashi, on the other hand, was a highly successful race horse, and has become fairly legendary! not only because she was very striking on field, but also because she was a very strong racer to back up those looks!

equinox, of course, being the insanely successful little son of another beloved uma musume, kitasan black! not just a Good race horse, not just an amazing one, he is easily one of the most gifted race horses not only of his age range, but also one of the most gifted world wide/in history! outside of being an incredible race horse, he is also an incredibly strong stud. all of his foals that ive seen are just little clones of him
