So, first and foremost: safety

-Never purge citrus fruits, it hurts like a bitch

-Only purge less than 4 times a week

-If you throw up blood, you could have an ulcer so you need to go to the doctors

-It’s much easier to purge soft things, so binge on ice cream, jello, etc

-Don’t even try to purge bread, it’s pretty much impossible.

Also, my ED therapist says it doesn’t even do anything so I don’t really recommend it.

Best ways to purge:

-Don’t kneel over the toilet, instead stand up and with you head up straight, stick your fingers down your throat and then lean forward fast when you get the urge.

-There’s no need to be violent, just gently massage the back of your throat, also using a soft toothbrush is very good.

-Don’t bother purging after about 40 minutes, it’s useless.

-The first time you try, nothing will happen usually. This is very normal, don’t force it and just accept it. Practice makes perfect, and after 3 tries you’ll be a pro.
