extremely attracted to the chara and asriel of it all in weird route. i know monster death = dust but i think it would be a really beautiful subversion if noelle dies and kris emerges from the lake with noelle in their arms. noelle is ultimately, like chara, a innocent child jaded by conditions out of her control, it’s not her fault dess went missing and it’s not her fault the soul is doing this to her, but she has to shoulder these burdens through her mothers neglect and the souls grooming. to her, the only feasible way out is death and, like how chara convinces asriel to go to the surface, noelle pulls kris deeper and deeper into the lake. it’s cruel and not the logical path but she’s in a tunnel and it’s the only light she can see.
