Water teleports can cause euphoria for the teleporter but doing it to long or with to many people can/will cause them to pass out. Possible side effects for those teleporting with them. The rarest saved for the KEEPERS and soulmates both platonic and romantic share the feelings of euphoria. Most no side effects Seasickness even to the point of throwing up The second most rare side effect is dry drowning.
