“No. They worship that waterfall over there. They know I’m here, but a reliable and constant source of water is worth much more to them. I’d admire their pragmatism if I wasn’t so insulted.”

“Regularly enough that you think any dead body is your own work? Is this why you avoid graveyards?”

“I would love to just go crazy and kill those people, but, unfortunately, I am an aunt now, and I need to stick around to kill people for my nieces and nephews when they are older. I can’t do that from jail.”

“Yes, but it was in secret, so it’s fine. You didn’t even know you could do that until you needed to. It’s all good.”

“In that case, I’ll go with you willingly. Just, put the weapons down.”

“I feel like I’m the only member of this team who isn’t trying to kill another member, and I can’t help but think that it’s very poor for cohesion. Either we’re all on the same page or none of us are.”
