5-ingredient Yogurt Protein Bites
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Vanilla Protein (I use Shaklee)
1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt (I use Chobani Oat)
Add more yogurt if needed until desired consistency.
Optional: add 1/4 cup any mix-ins you enjoy… chocolate chips, chia seeds, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, etc.
Mix in bowl to combine. Flatten “cookie dough” with your palms in a sealable 5x9 rectangular container lined with parchment paper, sides overhanging. Lift up parchment paper edges and place cookie dough on cutting board. Cut into 32 squares with pizza cutter. Seal and store in refrigerator or freezer.
