my fav irrational shifting tips
1. type out an entire storytime as if you just shifted
seriously, go into detail about your time there. what did you do, who did u see, as if you were JUST there. like ur about to send this storytime to ur friends. i swear everytime i do this i feel SO capable because i'm speaking about it as an actual experience, not something i'm constantly longing for/out of my reach.
2. act like you've already shifted various times
counter your doubts with it. eg "what if i don't shift tonight?" "ive already shifted before.. what's stopping me now?"
3. be so fucking delusional (this one is important)
as an avid manifestor/loa follower, being delusional is THE way to getting what you want. believe you are a master shifter. believe you are already in your dr. believe you control your reality. believe whatever the fuck you want and say fuck you to the logic that tries to debunk it. your brain doesn't know shit and will believe whatever you tell it, and soon the 3d will follow. and if you have a hard time believing at first(as we all do), fake it till you make it. pretend and persist, it never fails.
as always, take everything i say with a grain of salt. your shifting journey is personal to you and only you.

im at this little spot in my shifting journey where i feel really comfortable with all my choices. im not perfect, but im not beating myself up after any "failed" attempts or stressing about what im doing wrong or right. im experimenting with new methods and figuring out what works. i dont know where i got the idea from because i sorta forgot (´＿｀。)ﾞbut right now ive just been repeating this list of affirmations, 3 things that i know instinctively to be true and 1 about me shifting to my dr. the other night, ive already had a dream about my dr involving two of my classmates on lile the 2nd day of trying this out to see if i get results. i will update where this takes me in my journey but im rlly excited :3 if anyone has any methods or shifting excercises share in the comments for others to see hehe <3

im curious to know...does anyone else have a few speacial common things that follow them through all their main drs? like, maybe you script(or if you prefer not to script, you just have) the same pet in all your realities, or you have the same appearance in each. same eyes, same hair color, etc. maybe you add someone from one dr to all your other drs as a s/o or sibling or best friend because they're so speacial and you can't imagine being in a reality without them. maybe its a speacial item you can't go without, like a necklace or other piece of jewelry. OR maybe its not something tangible that stays the same. like, you experience a slow burn in all your drs. or all your drs include a big friend group with a focus on found family. maybe you have the same backstory in each. who knows. whatever it is, its something thats so uniquely tied to you that you can't help but have it stay with you throughout the multiverse.
i just think its really cute when shifters script common things across their drs, yknow?
i feel like i dont have anything like this myself, but now im going to go through all my scripts to search for common factors LOL. maybe i just dont realize which things stay the same/i refuse to change throughout my scripts.

this is REAL . like touch their skin and feel the warmth kind of real . like have their arm hanging round your shoulder casually kind of real . like laughing so hard your stomach hurts only to catch their eye and laughing even harder kind of real . like scrolling through your chats and seeing a notif from them kind of real . like sending them a tiktok or the equivalent and seeing the text bubbles surface as they respond kind of real . it is all real . do not treat your dr as other . it's your life . it's real . you will live it . you are not removed from it . yearn as much as you want , but you are not stuck at the window gazing at the moon , you can be there the moment you want to be . have your cake and eat it too . thank you .
