Everyone is missing me off today because the number one person I'm pissed off at is me. I'm just done with people using me up, with using me for anything. I'm so scared to trust now. How do u decide who to trust? Seems like a leap of fate where you trust and hope for the best. Even if that person is trustworthy, people make mistakes and I make theistic of letting people hurt me. Dan fucked me up. I really tried to give him the benefit of.the doubt but I totally trusted him for no reason and basically allowed him to trigger me. I'm trying to get over those triggers! How the fuck.else am I supposed to do it? Exposures right? Well I'm fucking done with being fucked up to myself. I need to do some hard thinking and analyzing as to what is left to deal with for me sexually and romantically. I keep going down this path not knowing how to navigate it. The only advice either got was love, do everything with love. But real love. Extending oneself to nurture another. I am love. I am enough
