Trigger warning

Me :

- giving me a plate with very little amount of food on it (imagine a normal mug and then half of it, that was the amount)

- me taking a small amount of noodles (87 grams) and still leaving some in the pan. them saying they should have made more food (i was the last one putting it on my plate)

- me struggeling to open a chocolate snack. them saying it won't open because i'm not supposed to eat it.

- never telling me food (lunch/dinner) is ready when i'm in my room

- always making the same cake (which i don't like) so i can't eat it

- saying "oh you must be really hungry/you must really like this food" if i eat a bigger portion

- never saying anything if i tell them i'm not hungry

- always asking me if my clothes really fit

- looking at my thighs/stomach/hips when they think i don't see it

- showing them new pants i bought and them saying that i need to send them back because they are too small

- giving me clothes size L to try on while shopping even though i was a size S at the time

- never buying the food i ask for when we order takeout so i only have half or quarter a meal

- looking between a sweet snack i'm eating and my body

- telling me to tone down my candy consumption

- repeatedly telling me to work out or start moving
