The few days off I get are spent at home in my room doing nothing and it‘s fucked

Constantly being pushed into the ground by my own head lol idek what to do anymore

Fed up of constantly masking every bad emotion I feel because I don’t fucking know what the fuck is wrong :-( constantly hiding how I feel from everybody who cares about me and GOD knows why I’ve become so anxious around my own family

My job and myself are both keeping me from being happy

I’m fed up with trying to act strong in front of other people. I hate my job so much it causes me so much stress and anxiety, I feel like I’m in an endless cycle of shit and I can’t escape. I’m sick and tired of trying to deal with the overwhelming pressures of that godforsaken restaurant.

Great now I have to worry for the entire afternoon and dread coming into work for another thing that is yet again out of my control instead of doing things that I had planned for the day :)
