Sugar-Free Marzipan: 60g Sukrin Almond Flour 60g ground almonds 125g Sukrin Icing 1-2 Egg Whites 1 teaspoon Almond essence . Instructions Make the cake mix according to the pack instructions, with the 3 eggs, 75ml coconut oil, and the 130ml water, (a little less than usual as orange juice is added too). Add 1tsp of almond extract, the dried mixed fruit, the spices and the juice and zest of two oranges. Stir well and pour into a greased and lined 20cm cake tin. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180ºc until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then remove from tin and finish cooling on a wire rack until cold.
