- Call someone & share
- Stick to you daily plan
When you arrive home..
- Do sport!
- Take a shower!
- Pray and eat your dinner!
- Wash your teeth.
- 5 things you are thankful.
- 5 min reading from the Bible.
- Go to sleep at 10 pm.
And every single day... - Do something for yourself (something what is really HARD to do and you don’t want at all) - Pamper yourself with something
