Hc that when Dave was little he tried to ask bro for a dog and bro went to the nearest farm store and gets him a baby chicken and tells him it's name is 'Dawg' and Dave used to take dawg out on walks with a kitten collar and a retractable leash

Dave having 'magpie tendencies' bro picks up so many shiny things off the sidewalk, davesprite has this tendency but to the umpteenth degree, no trinket is safe if you leave it out for too long ESPECIALLY if it's shiny

Kankri being somewhere on the acsexual spectrum but never really unpacking that because of being dead but also because other than the concept of celibacy trolls not having a word for being ace so he didn't know that was an option

This headcanon is mostly inspired by pesterquest and could be how you're supposed to interpret karkat but idk, anyway I feel like, since he couldn't go outside and such, he learned social cues and whatever else from the media he consumed (prior to meeting his friends anyway) so he very much tends to think of things in terms of how movie or sitcom plotlines are set up and a lot of his more controlling tendencies could just be from him setting planning ahead of events in a way that makes sense when viewed from the lense of a movie or tv show. Similarly he projects sitcom or movie tropes onto people based on their first interactions. Anyway that's my headcanon :3
