TLC advocates for the rights of transgender and gender-nonconforming people, helping build a future where everyone can live freely, safely, and authentically.

I’m not going to lie: I’m exhausted.

I’m tired of rejection emails. I’m tired of interviews that go nowhere. I’m tired of waiting for responses that never come. I’ve been job hunting for months and I’m struggling to stay afloat right now.

Usually I try to open emergency commissions before making a donation post, but I honestly don’t have the energy to push commissions properly at the moment. So I’m swallowing my pride a little and asking for help again.
