Has anyone ever been seriously injured? Mid-riot or protest? Natural disaster? Some sort of argument? In the middle of working hours for a side job?

Can you imagine if 50s California was in the middle of a movie shoot, gets whisked away, and then hours later has to play it off as a lunch break to the producers?

Or if he’d been surfing at the beach and gets snatched mid-wave, now having to sit through a meeting in swim shorts, sopping wet, and his board under the table?

California used to be an actor sometime in the 20s-50s, or it’s pretty agreed upon at least. How many times do you think other states have sat down to watch a movie and California has the lead role so now they have to sit through 1-2 hours of him, but the entire time they’re just fuming over it.

They’re gonna keep watching because he was really good at acting, probably still is, but they are not in the slightest happy about it
