colonialism is a part of too many white peoples’ identities on a level they don’t even understand…like a subconscious level. case in point: they don’t understand that someone might immigrate because they need a place to go or because they simply want to live somewhere else. conquest is the only reason for going to a “foreign” country that they are capable of conceptualizing. it’s so deeply ingrained that you see liberal white americans going “we are all immigrants!” as a counter to people on the right saying that immigrants need to leave the country…like no, the majority of white americans did not come here as immigrants, their ancestors came as colonizers. the majority of black americans did not come here as immigrants, their ancestors were kidnapped. native americans are not immigrants, they are native. immigration and colonization are not the same thing! not even a little bit!

Every single one of these posts is so unoriginal and completely idiotic. The words colonialism, slavery, patriarchy are just thrown around as a cheap way to gain approval. Slavery is not unique to whites keeping black slaves! If you would pick up a history book, Africans kept their own people as slaves and sold them to Europeans. The Egyptians build a lot of their majestic architecture using slaves! Every single race is guilty of owning slaves. The reason why you have the right to sit here and complain about whites people is thanks to the rights and laws enforced by the Europeans or “whites”. Instead of always complaining about white people, just be thankful that you live in a civilized society. Also try to remember who was first to abolish the practice of slavery. As for the mass Muslim migration to Europe, it is a problem wherever they are unwilling to assimilate. If a bunch of white people came to Saudi Arabia and wore whatever the hell they wanted and started building churches everywhere, how well do you think they would take it? Also I think you need to do your research about the majority of white people coming from “colonizers”, actually to date white people make up the largest proportion of immigrants to the U.S. as they have throughout the majority (if not all) of history. Only 10 million Americans can trace one ancestor to the pilgrims that arrived during the Mayflower, whereas 35 million Americans can trace an ancestor that arrived after 1892, so what you’re saying doesn’t make sense.
