attempt at cloning ICE - Minimulist Strategy by Ice Cold Muffin

Finally got Tabster back up online, had to convert it down to Ruby on Rails with React using React on Rails, was previously using Crystal-lang (ruby compiled to C like fastness) but was much too alpha of a language and Heroku was a pain.
