Like, I’ve lived here my whole adult life and my relationship with the auto industry is complicated and the Republican Party’s policies toward have also been all over the place. However, it still breaks me to have Trump just get irritable and decide on a random Monday to destroy the American automobile industry just because he doesn’t care about the consequences.

Anyway, if you only knew about Abdul El-Sayed from the racist lies spread about him you might not know that he’s been endorsed by Michigan’s most important labor unions, including the uaw, the AFT (our teachers’ union), AFGE, and the UA (plumbers and pipe fitters) and is absolutely the candidate supported by Michigan labor. This despite the out of state Democrats who seem to mainly like Haley Stevens because of her passion for attacking more progressive primary opponents.

I think the only person I've met in real life with 100% career satisfaction was this gal I knew who was a presenter at a children's science museum and delivered every line like she was running a WWE match. Every time you passed the room where she was giving a presentation, you'd hear something like "WHO'S READY FOR CEPHALOPODS?!?" and the kids would go absolutely nuts cheering.
