not just an average fitness journey.

Started p90x on the 27th of June ✨

Cant wait for what’s to come. They usually say it takes 21 days for a habit to form; only been 13 but truly noticed such a difference in my body and most of all how I feel. There are days where those sweet indulgments or the spot-hitting savoury dishes tempt me, and I give in, days where the last thing I want to do is workout but what’s important overall is my effort and be able to prove to myself that I can do this. A workout is better than no workout. One indulgent every now and then is better than it everyday. I’m going to try to update my personal diary so in years to come, I can see my progress in words. As my dad is sitting across me, on his phone watching the world cup; I hope I’ll remember this moment. 😂
