I wrote this at 2 AM based on a silly thought I had and discussed with my fellow tk nerds and couldn’t get out of my head I DID NOT REREAD AND EDIT THIS AND MAKE CORRECTIONS SO IF ITS BUTT ITS CAUSE I WAS HALF ASLEEP WRITING IT HAHA first post im so nervous @stray-tickles @milotkls
I don’t write a bunch sweats nervously
“Sif, come on bud.” Isa sits down beside you, the sheets crinkling under the extra weight. You swear you can feel his big puppy eyes searing into your skin despite being buried face first in your pillow.
Isabeau has been attempting to get you out of bed for… how long has it been..? Stars, you’re still half asleep. He’s saying something to you now, but the warmth of the blankets calls to you once more… eh, a few more minutes never hurt anyone. Besides, you need rest! Nothing wrong with a little bit more at-
Isa moves closer, “..Were you even listening to anything I was saying??” You force your body to let out a low grumble, nodding your head into the comfort of your pillow. You both know that’s a total lie. Isa lets out a long sigh, but you can still hear the goofy smile in his voice. “Alright, let’s try this again. This is your last chance, Sif.” He lifts himself from the bed, smoothing the sheets over. “Get outta bed, or I’ll have to take some drastic measures. Take things into my own hands. Really pull out all the stops here.”
“Mmmmhh..” You let out another low grumble, lifting your head from your beloved pillow. The mischievous, playful brat in you awakens with a twinge of joy in your belly at this. You can’t help but crack a sly, teasing grin. “I don’t think so, Isa.” Quite honestly, you’re curious as to what methods someone like Isabeau might possibly use to-
He sits on the back of your legs, one giant hand holding both of your ankles down with ease. Oh. Ohhhhhh no. You remember this. A swarm of butterflies and panic erupts in your belly, a nervous smile making its way onto your face as the realization hits. “Ehehe waitwaitwait Isa-“ “Welp, don’t say I didn’t warn you, buddy.”
Isabeau gently digs his fingertips into the arches of your feet, wriggling them about. The sensation hits you immediately, despite your groggy state. That tingly, fluttery, electric shock of his fingers spreads throughout your body, forcing an even bigger smile onto you. Not only butterflies fill your belly now, panicked laughter begins brewing- and soon pouring out of you with ease.
You can’t help the noises you make now. The squeals and squeaks escaping from the depths of your heart, the helpless little pleas you babble through your belly laughs and snorts. “HahAH!! IsaIsaISA nononoNONONO NOT THIS!!” Your fists clench as your body uncontrollably squirms about, Isabeau’s hand continuing to skitter across your feet as the other continues to pin them down. You can feel his playful giggles shaking the bed before you can hear them, the jerk.
This feeling, it’s always so unbearable. The uncontrollable urge to get away, the sudden sensation of laughter building up, the unrelenting feeling of fingers digging into your weakest points. Yet… you can’t deny the kind of happiness it brings you. Stars, the closeness still makes you dizzy. The relief of laughing with the ones you love, the pure joy that comes from playing with your family.
You’d be lying if you said you didn’t want more of this. More of the same electric fizzy feelings clouding your thoughts, filling you with the buzzing energy of butterflies and happiness. You could never lie about how you never wanted it to stop. Thankfully, no one’s brought THAT up. Thank the stars, the universe, whatever else could possibly be out there.
And speaking of which, that unbearable feeling has cut to a sudden halt. Isabeau releases your ankles, giving you a moment to catch your breath. “You wanna get out of bed yet?” His teasing voice is cocky. A bit too cocky for someone who crumbles at the slightest touch at his belly. “…Or do I have to get right back to it?” You can’t bring yourself to respond, your face is completely lightless at this point from all of the teasing and laughter.
This is SO embarrassing, he’s having the time of his life tickling the daylights out of you- and here YOU are, too flustered to pretend to hate it. You steel yourself for the worst, holding your breath. “D-do your worst.” Your voice crumbles the moment your words come out, your big smile still audible in every little noise you make.
Isa chuckles, pressing his knees against your ankles to hold your feet still. You instantly feel as if you have made a mistake as all 10 of his fingers begin dancing across your feet. OKAY! THAT IS SO MUCH WORSE!!! NOTED!!!!!!
“ISAISAISA OKAYOKAY WAIHIHITT WAIT WAIT!!! HAHAA- YOU CAN’T JUST-“
“Oh, but I can! And until you decide to get out of bed and eat, I’m left with no other choice but to keep this up, you know!”
His fingers continue scribbling at every little bit of sensitive skin they can find, quickly becoming more and more unbelievably ticklish as your laughter goes up an octave. Your hands grip at anything they can find, your body thrashing as tears begin pricking at the corner of your eye. “OKAYYY OKAYOKAY!! ISAA PLEHEASEEE I’LL GET OUT OF BEHEHED!!!” You finally plead through helpless cackles, giving in to your tormentor (very beloved family member).
Just as quickly as they came, the tickles stop. Isa gets off, walking around the bed to where your lightless face is hidden under your hands. “Haha, you alright Sif? I hope I didn’t push it too much, we just miss you and started to get real worried.” His eyes are kind and unwavering as always, “and you haven’t eaten yet, either. Bon’s getting preeeeetty mad.”
“Hejwjwjkwkrjfnfnks” somehow, you hide your face even deeper into your hands, trying your best to cover the massive smile spread across your face.

The joy of being tickled to pieces lingers on, even as you make your way downstairs for brunch. Smells good!… You’re glad Isa came to wake you up.
