I was a UK size 20. I’m an 8 now. I know what I’m doing is wrong but… I’d rather be normal sized than what I was.

My family thought it would be so fun to all weigh ourselves today. Locking in because the number has now been burned into my brain. I have to get out of the healthy range if it’s the last thing I do.

How many cals do you usually eat a day?

I always try to stay under 600 so my average is around 500. Lately I’ve been eating a bit more cause I’ve been losing my control but I’ll be going down to 400 soon once I’m back in the right head space. 🩰🌸

I went to my friends 18’th birthday party and we both joke about our shit, yeah? We were all sat drinking and the girl I’m talking to was there.

We were drunk and joking around about how we all have yellow teeth and my friend made a joke about me purging which is why my teeth are yellow. I laughed and then I realised that the girl I’m talking to heard it.

I feel like shit that she heard. I forgot she was there if I’m honest and now it just feels ruined, yeah? I don’t think I’m going to talk to her anymore because I can’t put her through that shit.
